Apple Mail Inbox deleted

I erroneously cancelled the Inbox in Apple Mail (it disappeared with the Blow-up cloud effect). How can I retrieve it?

All you did was remove it from the favorites.

Hover the mouse pointer on the line saying Favorites until you see the + in the circle. Click on it and add back the Inbox.

I accidentally deleted my outbox. How can I restore it? I have Essential Tremors, and in trying to open my inbox I accidentally moved my outbox. It looked as if it went into the inbox, but I can't find it. It has disappeared from all iterations of my account: Msn mail, On My Mac Smart Mailboxes and iCloud.
