Half dark mode half light mode bug

So I just bought an iPad 10th generation, in fact this is my first apple product 🍎 and I just upgraded to iPadOS 17 I have seen a bug where certain things or promets were light mode which makes reading text harder and makes it look weird such as download app from ad prompt or delete photo from photos app it is just completely light mode I tried switching and to light than dark mode it didn’t work and I restarted by device, I’m use iPadOS 17.1.1 please help it is very frustrating
