Discolored/non prominent antenna bands on iPhone 15 Plus

I recently bought a new iPhone 15 Plus (Black) from Amazon India. Upon receiving the item, I noticed that all 6 antenna bands on the phone have a sort of rubbed-off color. It's difficult to explain but the color is not as precise and even as antenna band colors usually are. I contacted Amazon regarding a refund on the defective item and provided them with all the details and they scheduled a return pickup. However, the person they sent for the pickup was not aware of how to operate an iPhone and misbehaved a lot with us (he actually tried to setup the iPhone in the middle of the road to get a better internet connection!). On protesting, he left without the device. He didn't even see the details for which he came. We contacted Amazon customer service again, this time they said that they'll do some internal investigation and schedule another pickup, but after a couple days we received an email saying that they won't pick it up. I'm worried if this issue will affect the phone's usage and performance in any way. Does anyone know what I can do in this regard? Can Apple India step in and help?
