I can print wirelessly from my iPhone but not from my MacBook Pro. I've tried updating both my MacBook Pro and my printer. I've also followed several different directives and nothing has helped. I feel that I'm being forced to replace a perfectly good printer. HELP!
The first thing I'd try is resetting the printing system on your Mac: Reset the printing system on your Mac to solve a problem - Apple Support
Then reinstall your Epson printer, and see if anything changes.

When I try to print on my Epson WF-3620 from MacBook Pro I get error message "Encryption Credentials have expired".
