WindowServer Crash sometimes when using bluetooth

Hello, since some months ago i've been having this problem. I'm using Airpods Pro on this iMac hardware

 Model Name: iMac

 Model Identifier: iMac16,2

Processor Name: Quad-Core Intel Core i7

 Processor Speed: 3,3 GHz

 Number of Processors: 1

 Total Number of Cores: 4

L2 Cache (per Core): 256 KB

 L3 Cache: 6 MB

 Hyper-Threading Technology: Enabled

 Memory: 16 GB

 System Firmware Version: 486.0.0.0.0

 OS Loader Version: 540.120.3~37

 SMC Version (system): 2.32f21

 Serial Number (system): DGKTPHMMGG7F

 Hardware UUID: E02538EC-ED01-555B-A926-3DF5A372652A

 Provisioning UDID: E02538EC-ED01-555B-A926-3DF5A372652A

The problem is that (I do not remember if it was after updating OS version, but it seems it's an OS update thing or something that has to do with Monterey.) when I bought Airpods Pro it all worked smoothly & without any problem. But some weeks after bluetooth started disconnecting, also when trying to use the mouse bluetooth it disconnected and connected (its like SOMETIMES, not always, when trying to use bluetooth on any way, it turns the entire bluetooth module off and also sound devices start getting crazy and changing between sound devices if I restart the bluetooth). Also in some weird cases iMac just restarts itself. But it's all related with bluetooth.

I attach the full report from EtreCheckPro (when iMac restarts itself it shows the WindowServer crash).

THANKS!

iMac 21.5″, macOS 12.7
