Double Apple Storage

I just noticed that I am paying 2 storages: one single 2T storage and a 2nd one under the Apple+ plan.

the thing is that the single storage is under a previous apple ID. The Apple+ package were purchased under my current Id. Can I cancel the single one and move to the new one?

You may have Family Sharing going with your other account as part of the family. And yes, it is possible to have two subscriptions. In your case it appears you have one under each ID. You could keep the AppleOne one and cancel the other as long as you have a Family level Apple+ plan and you keep Family Sharing active on both accounts.

You may wish to do some price comparison here, also review your needs and the offerings of the various plans, and see what works out best for you.

What happens to your iCloud storage when you sign up for Apple One - Apple Support

Bundle Apple subscriptions with Apple One - Apple Support for a list of plans and included features

and

Apple One - Apple Cost at the very bottom.

Anything in your ID is covered by added iCloud storage as long as there is extra storage provided by you or a family member (in this case your other account apparently is "family" too). You probably set it up that way because your purchases were made with a different ID and you shared them to your main account because they cannot be transferred, only shared. If that is the case you will need to keep family sharing just the be able to get access to the apps.

By the way, it helps to keep word structure very careful here because I don't know if by "Apple + storage" if you mean Apple One with it own storage included (by the way, here is no such thing as Apple+ - only iCloud+ and Apple One), or if you mean Apple one plus iCloud storage. Anyway, if you are subscribed to Apple One, it includes iCloud Storage. However, the individual level is not 1 TB, I believe. So if you need 1 TB you need to make sure that whatever plan you end up using provides 1 TB. Read the links I provided and decide on what meets your need. Some people find that having multiple individual subscriptions better meets their needs than Apple One. This may be the situation in your case, particularly if you have no other family members. Whatever solution you come up with, the main thing is to make sure that one ID or the other has enough shareable storage to meet the needs of both accounts and is shared with the other account.

This is the nusiance of having two IDs by the way.
