Respiratory rate not working/no option in watch app for it

Apple Watch 7, iPhone 14 and everything is up to date and I’ve reset the watch and phone after the updates. I like to use AutoSleep in conjunction with my devices to better monitor and adjust my sleep habits. I’ve noticed that for the past few months the respiratory rate is not being monitored. I’ve gone through multiple tutorials on changing settings, etc and still nothing. Also I don’t have options in the watch app for sleep/respiratory, so I’m not sure what’s up with that. This is quite frustrating and I’d really appreciate a helpful answer to guide me to getting this working again.
