Adjustment Layer Title in Compound Clip bug

There was a bug in a recent version of FCP - I think it was introduced in 10.6.8 and fixed in 10.6.9? I may be a revision out.. but it was an issue where Title Layer plugins were broken - visible when using 'tracking' plugins for example, where the source video was displayed in the title effect.

I'm experiencing the same issue but when applying an "adjustment layer" title above a clip in a compound clip.. when the compound clip is played on the main project, only the top right corner of the compound clip is visible..

In my project, I have a title layer from MotionVFX mCollage, which has a dropzone. The dropzone has a compound clip applied to it.

When I enable an adjustment title layer above the video inside the compound clip, the video looks like the first screenshot.. when I disable the adjustment layer inside the compound clip, the whole area of the compound clip is visible...

Does anyone have a workaround for this?
