Outlook 2019 no longer working with icloud

My iCloud account is no longer synching with Outlook 2019 on my Winds 10pro desktop computer. All worked fine until today. When attempting to fix the problem, and repair iClouds, I would get an error message stating that "Setup cannot continue because Outlook isn't configured to have a default profile, Check your outlook settings and try again 0x800706ba."

I have and have always had a default profile.


Repairing the iCloud for windows didn't help


I figured that uninstalling iCloud for windows, restarting my computer and then reinstalling iCloud for windows would work. Alas, it didn't. I generated an error report but not sure where to send it.
