erase the stolen device while we can not see it in FIND DEVICES in icloud

Hi guys. I lost my phone(13pro M) and unfortunately the thief could access to my apple ID (By sending the fake SMS and I followed the link and send email to me by apple in photo) and so he could turn Off the FIND ME option. Now I can not see my stolen phone in ALL DEVICES List in iCloud and then can not erase the data. Is there any another solutions to Erase and wipe my phone remotely?? (When I sign in tp Apple ID site, I can see the my stolen phone in device list and it means he has not changed the apple ID)

Please please guys. My phone has Vital Data :(((((
