Problems with Economist subscription via Apple
I’ve subscribed to The Economist magazine for years via Apple, as I read the magazine on my iPad. Around 3 months ago I lost access to the magazine, despite the subscription running into 2024. I have contacted The Economist support team a few times and followed all of their instructions, all with no success. As such, don’t have assess to the magazine via the web or the app on my iPad. The Economist team suggested I contact Apple, which I have done a few time. To date I have had NO response from Apple to any of my approaches. Very frustrating. Any thoughts on how to establish contact with Apple to resolve this issue?
