I need to add my MacBook to my iPhone as a backup device but don't see how

I don't see my MacBook on the list of All Device Backups on my iPhone. I don't see how to add it? Please help.

How do I export my iCloud backups to an external device I have 4 devices backed up to iCloud and it's taking up more and more space. In the past, I recall being able to backup my phone and iPad to my laptop via iTunes (?) instead. I wish to export my backups to an external device.Is this possible? How can I achieve this now?
