Please keep in mind I haven’t turned my iPad on in ages. There are several other problems too such as not being able to uninstall apps or being able to login to apps. This all happened after I got a screen repair.

Who replaced your iPad's screen?
If replaced by anyone other than Apple or an Apple Authorised Service Provider (AASP), the screen will not be a genuine component - or if an original part scavenged from a broken device, will not necessarily have been properly integrated with your iPad. Replacement screens must be calibrated to the device - requiring special software that is only available within Apple and to its AASPs.
You will need to return to whoever replaced your iPad screen for the current fault to be rectified.
