Why does my iPhone 16 Plus Screen Time keep turning off randomly?

So, I have an iPhone 16 plus (I think that's what it's called. The big one), and I've been trying to have my screen time on for a while now. I can turn it on just fine, and it works for a short period of time before randomly turning off, and wiping all of my screen time. I have to turn it back on and hope it'll stay on. The longest it's gone without shutting off is literally around a week. I was wondering if this is a software issue, or a syncing issue? This problem has persisted through software updates.

This is not an iOS issue.

If you have multiple Apple devices — such as an iPhone, iPad, or Mac — signed in with the same Apple ID and you’ve enabled the “Share Across Devices” option in Screen Time settings, then any changes you make to Screen Time on one device will automatically sync across all of them.

This includes app limits, downtime schedules, content restrictions, and usage data. So for example, if you set a downtime schedule on your iPhone, the same schedule will apply to your iPad and Mac as well. It’s designed to provide a consistent experience and help you manage screen time across your Apple ecosystem.

And yes, even pulling the plug countsSettings > Screen Time > Turn Off Screen Time on any one of those devices and iCloud treats it as a master “off” command, wiping Screen Time data and disabling the feature everywhere else that’s still using Share Across Devices.
