`Screen Time` settings will force close every time I click it

The title says it all. This has been happening for a week, and Apple hasn't fixed it yet. I limit some apps on my phone daily, but one time I had to increase the limit because of work. When the "Time Limit" appears, the "Ignore Limit" button doesn't work. I thought that was weird, so I tried to go to Settings. However, EVERY TIME I click the "Screen Time" option, it force closes. This behavior is really strange coming from Apple. I've tried restarting my phone many times, but it is still happening.

Device:

iPhone 14, iOS 18

Please let me know if anyone has faced this before and managed to fix it. Dear Apple, please fix this ASAP.

iPhone 14
