Have tried restart numerous times but no fix! Still cannot swipe up to ping my phone.

Have Apple Watch 6. Stopped working to swipe up & ping after this last :"Big" update.

To access Control Center with watchOS 10 you now tap the side button:

Use the buttons and screen on your Apple Watch - Apple Support
