10.1.1 doesn't download to my iphone 14pro

I can see on my iwatch app that the 10.1.1 is available and it starts downloading to my iPhone 14pr but around the middle it stops, doesn't move any further. I tried to restart the phone, also unpaired and paired the iwatch but still, when I open the app, the software upgrade is already at the middle way, showing preparing but no estimated time and nothing. Watch is charged, opened up with code. Any ideas what should I do? Its like this for days. Before this, I also had issues with the previous update due to third party apps but with removing those it got better. Of course my battery damaged significantly, its life is shorter now visibly. I'm so disappointed.

Does the watchOS upgrade work, if you place your watch on the charger and make sure, that your iPhone is as well being charged during this process?

And you will need at least an Apple Watch 4, to upgrade to watchOS 10:

...

If your Apple Watch has watchOS 6 or later, you can install updates without your iPhone:

  1. Make sure that your watch is connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. On your watch, open the Settings app.
  3. Tap General > Software Update.
  4. Tap Install if a software update is available, then follow the onscreen instructions.
