14.1 Airplay drops Sonos or vice versa

My MBP running 14.1 is great. My Sonos 1-SL speaker gives great sound. When the two are linked, all is well.

Unfortunately every time I play music I have to unplug and re-plug the Sonos AND restart Music in order for Airplay to connect.

Anyone else notice this behavior?

Think it's an Airplay problem or a Sonos problem?

Airplay not working in Music app on M1 Mac running Ventura 13.3.1 Hi all. I'm running a 13" M1 MacBook Pro (2020) on Ventura 13.3.1. Whenever I try to use Airplay to ANY Airplay speaker through the Music app, there is no audio. I've tried Airplay to a Sonos Move, Sonos Roam, and an Apple TV. No audio whenever connected to any of them. Audio works fine through the Mac speakers (or any other connected wired speaker), AND I can Airplay when I change the speaker through System Settings. It's just Airplay through the Music app that results in no audio. Using the Sound menu in System Settings is a workaround, but that does not allow Airplay to multiple speakers (and will send all the system sounds through the speaker where music is playing). Has anyone else seen this issue?

Apple Music not connecting to Airplay device I've just updated Monterey with the latest security updates ver 12.6.4, as a result I can no longer connect to my Airplay speakers from Apple Music. When I choose the Airplay icon in Music it still plays through the internal speakers. I then have to go to the sound prefs in the menu bar and select Airplay from there. Previously they worked independently of each other, meaning that if I wanted to hear something on my mac i would just have to turn the volume down In Music app. Anyone know how to fix this or having the same issue?
