The screen doesn't light up when receiving notifications

Hello there! I recently bought 2 phones. One phone has the serial number LL/A Iphone 14 Pro Max, and the other CH/A Iphone 14 Pro. When updating both devices to iOS 17.1.1, the screen stopped lighting up when receiving any notification. I also disabled the "Always on Display" function. When someone writes to me, the phone vibrates, but the screen does not turn on. And so it is with all applications.

When I turned on the "Always On Display" function, the screen lit up normally.

The problem is only when this function is turned off.

1) I checked the operation of the proximity sensor

2) Reset the network settings

3) I tried to switch all functions to "Settings" - "Notifications".

4) Reset all settings

5) I don't use Apple Watch

Maybe someone has faced this problem and knows how to solve it.

iPhone 14 Pro, iOS 17
