iPhone bottom buttons spacing issue.

Hi, does any knows why the buttons in bottom bar have very less padding in the top and bottom around the icons. I don't see this happening in other iPhones. I have iPhone 11 is there anyone else who faces this issue?

Buttons no longer working I got a new iPhone 12, and one websites I use, the buttons for functions appeared as so.
