itunes does not include meta data when burning audio cd
I have burned this exact file before and it worked. The only change has been updates to I-tunes.

Audio CDs don't normally include any metadata. It is possible to add some of the data using the CD Text option when burning, but support for that standard is not universal. iTunes for example isn't able to read it back from a disc it has created. If you want to include metadata, and avoid fidelity loss through additional encoding, burn a Data Disc.
Note that iTunes uses the Gracenote CDDB database system to identify CDs, and the relevant track information which it can then apply if you rip the disc. When burning a CD from iTunes it may sometime cache a local copy of that data allowing iTunes to recognize what is on the disc, but that information would be missing on another computer or a CD player.
