I have two printers. Both are Epson . I like Epson because it prints photos and art projects well with excellent detail. I recently bought an iMac M1 running Sonoma 14. I can't seem to find a new printer at Epson with drivers that support my Mac! I have not been able to print anything with my new Mac. Any suggestions?

It's a wireless connection and does not need drivers per se. Just check the printer's specs to see if it's AirPrint compatible.

How old are these Epson printers? Why do you think they won't work with your current Mac?
Most printers should work directly without the need for any drivers at all if connected directly over USB.
If these are wireless printers, they would need to be AirPrint compatible.
