Manually move content to new Mac

I have a Mac Studio m1 and used migration assistant to move over from my old iMac. I’m experiencing some issues and it looks like it may be due to the migration. I would like to do a factory reset and move my stuff over manually but besides the basics, like my files a docs, I have no idea what else I should move. Like keychain for example. I forgot about that while I’ve been planning this. Where do I find them. What about my music and pics? Where are they? What other stuff do I not want to forget? Pref maybe? I don’t know. Any input would be great.

Mac Studio, macOS 13.6

I think it'd be better to have a look 1st! :)

Use the Note tool on the bottom of this editor's toolbar, as shown in the image, to copy and paste the output from EtreCheck. In a Reply before you click post, look for this to add longer texts...

While Malwarebytes is though to the the best-respected malware scanner for the Mac, NO ONE her advocates you run it in the background, non-stop. Run it once on demand, and then put it away. Do not invoke it as a login item, running at all times, incessantly scanning your files.

Your CPU report shows NOTES using 23 percent of a CPU, MORE that ArchiCAD. How is that even possible? Notes doesn't DO anything that chews up CPU power.

You never articulate EXACTLY what symptoms you are seeing that make you want to do a manual migration.

that's interesting. i don't have MWB as a startup item, and i almost forgot that it's even there. i have the free version so i can't even schedule scans. i think i'll just unistall it. notes? no idea about that either. i think i may have been using it while Etre was scanning if that makes a difference. should i have not been doing anything during the scan?

basically i'm just not impressed with the speed while using Archicad, and i don't know about startup speed, it's quicker than the iMac, but i don't think it's wow! it takes 17 sec from pushing the power button to being able to login. i only have mail and a time tracking app as login items, but there are other apps that are in menu bar that appear when started like MWB and eqMac. i don't do anything else that challenges my machine. it's not really that much better with AC than my 2015 27" iMac was. panning, orbiting, and especially saving are sluggish. no one on the AC forums are experiencing the same issues. it was suggested that i may have brought over some undesirables in my user that are affecting AC. i installed AC on a friends machine which is exactly the same age and build, and didn't have many of the issues, especially not the saving issue.
