Why i can’t find my subscription that keeps taking out

There are no hidden subscriptions. All subscriptions are listed in Settings/[your name]/Subscriptions except for iCloud+, which is in Settings/[your name]/iCloud/Manage Storage.

You can see all charges by going to https://reportaproblem.apple.com and logging in with your Apple ID.
