I think you need to start from the beginning and describe what kind of Mac you have: Identify your MacBook Pro model - Apple Support. MacBook Pro models have not had optical drives for over a decade.
Can you post a screenshot of whatever is asking for a disc?
This sounds like a phishing scam. Don't buy or download anything from that third party site.

That’s exactly what made it incorrect. I have a MacBook Pro 13” 2020. And it says it doesn’t Storage or something like that. How do I clear storage if that’s the problem. It keeps sending me to a 3rd party site.
