MacBook Pro dropping zoom/teams/webex calls

For some time my Mac has been dropping zoom/teams/webex calls about 10 minutes into the calls. When it happens, I’m disconnected from the internet and have to restart to reconnect to the internet. Otherwise my internet experience is trouble free.

my husband works in the same space, using the same internet connection and has no internet issues with his calls.

I’ve tried running teams and zoom in safe mode, reinstalling OS, I’ve created a new user and nothing has worked, or at least sometimes it appears to work for a brief time and then the trouble starts again.

Any suggestions anyone?

Apple support's online article (link below) may or may not be helpful:

Eg:

Wondering if you need to reduce the number of active devices that use the same wireless frequency band

or

Using an ethernet cable for important meetings may help, although MacBook Pro would then be less "portable".
