Seeking Assistance for rattling AirPods Pro Sound Issue Under Service Program

I purchased my AirPods Pro in December 2020, and I've been experiencing a persistent rattling noise in the right earbud, especially noticeable during movements like when I’m on a bus ride. I just learned about the AirPods Pro Service Program for sound issues and I reached out to Apple Support. They initially confirmed that my AirPods should qualify for the program as they were manufactured before October 2020 and we are still within 3 years after purchase. However, the system later contradicted this, indicating I was not eligible.
I am reaching out to the community for guidance and any similar experiences. Has anyone faced a similar discrepancy? If so, how did you resolve it? Any advice on navigating this situation would be greatly appreciated.
