Blocking an apple watch

I just got a notice that a new Apple watch has access to my info. How do I block them? The notice read go to settings, but that was all. I need more instructions than that.

How to exit stolen protection mode on my apple watch My daughter has given me her Apple Watch SE and when trying to connect it to my phone it has come up in stolen protection mode. Does anyone know how I can remove this?

Sign into https://icloud.com/find In a browser and look for an unknown Watch in there. Or use the Find My app on your iPhone. If there is a strange Watch then remove it and change your iCloud account password. If there is no stranger then it may be a scam message.
