I get warning messages from few apps saying they won’t open because they identified MiTM threat. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, changing network but I still received the same warning message . What should I do to identify such attacks?

What is the text of the messages?
Is an add-on first-few-hops VPN client app in use?
If so, does discontinuing and removing that discontinue the messages?

Do you have any 3rd party antivirus or "security" apps installed? These kinds of apps often include a component that is essentially a Man in the Middle attack.
