iPod nano click wheel

The click wheel on my iPod nano (5th gen) is obnoxiously slow. It’s not that it’s “laggy” it’s just that the tracking speed is really slow. Are all of the 5th gens like this? And is the 4th gen like this? My 3rd gen isn’t. (For context, I got into collecting iPods.)

iPod shuffle (2nd Gen) stuck loading in finder Hello, I'm really upset and don't know what to do. I was attempting to restore my iPod shuffle (2nd Gen) that I had just received. The restoration process seems to have been stuck and then maybe got interrupted I think. I tried disconnecting it and reconnecting it but now whenever I plug it in, finder is just stuck on the loading screen (see image), if I let it load long enough I get the message "the selected device could not be found." iPod Gen 6 unexpectedly ejecting during sync. This iPod has a new fully charged battery. I connect directly to my M1 Mac Mini via a USB to C adapter. the iPod is set to automatically sync when its connected. I observe the progress in my desktop sidebar. I’ve got "Sync only checked songs" selected. I’m pretty sure this pod has a 125GB SSD. The progress seems normal and then it suddenly disconnects. I’ve got 2 other iPods and managed to update them so I don’t know what the problem is. Please advise. [Edited by Moderator]

iPod nano 7th generation Bluetooth not working. I've tried all different fixes that I read online like turning devices off then on, holding button down on Bluetooth earphones until connected, looking for new downloads, making sure all other Bluetooth devices nearby are off, and I all get is the continued spinning wheel on the nano with no devices found. Any thoughts? Can this be fixed? I've been using the music app on my phone, but you can't shuffle all your playlists/albums together, only one at a time. On the nano you can shuffle everything together, so I want to fix the Bluetooth issue. Thanks

I'm not familiar with the nano, but I suggest that you re-start the iPod if you haven't already done so.

If that doesn't make any difference, then try using iTunes to Restore it. A Restore will effectively reset the iPod, but the procedure will remove all media from the device. You will then have to set new Sync options for it.
