Getting rid of Alpha Marquis
Hello, I have got rid of unknown files in ~Library/LaunchAgents and this seems to have worked, so thank you. Please could you check ~Library/ApplicationFiles that I attach here. Thank you.

Without their corresponding Launch Agents or Daemons to invoke the processes within those folders, they will remain inert and just occupy space needlessly, but you can safely remove these folders:
Drag them to the Trash. There is no need to boot "Safe Mode" to remove them.
