Text and other services linked to cell do not work after upgrade

I did the upgrade this morning and now my text and other services through cell do not work. I can only connect to internet through a WiFi connection. Is this a bug?

My SMS texts aren’t being sent SMS??Managed to restore internet connection and multiple SMS messages suddenly received. People have been responding to my messages but I’m not receiving them—not receiving SMS messages because my internet connection is down?? Second issue is my WiFi internet connection keeps going down on the iPhone—it’s fine in the iPad, the Mac, the TV, but the iPhone insists there is no internet connection. This keeps happening repeatedly. Then I have to start jumping through all the hoops to make it work again: power the phone off and on; turn airplane mode on and off; forget the WiFi connection and re-join; restart the router (even though it’s clearly delivering internet to all of the other connected devices); the forget the network again and re-join again; cycle the phone off and on again; continue repeating these steps until it finally recognizes the internet connection. This is now becoming a daily routine and it’s extremely annoying. Not to mention that I don’t know when it stops working, and when it stops working my SMS texts are failing, I’m streaming on cellular data instead of WiFi, etc. It a relatively new phone (a 16 purchased just a few months ago). Is there something wrong with my phone? Do I need to take it to the Genius Bar? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
