Email account dropped out

One day after downloading ios17 on my iPhone 13 Pro max one of my 6 email accounts disappeared from my “mail”. It still shows in my settings as an account. How do I recover it, please?

Thanks Lawrence. Correct it is not a download issue. I have just located the problem. Somehow this account had been unticked to show up. I edited and ticked this box and am back in business.

If it didn’t disappear the day you installed iOS 17, but only a day after, the issue has nothing to do with the update. Go to Settings/Mail/Accounts. Do you see the account there? If not, just add it back. If it is there make sure it is on.

If it is a Microsoft Exchange account a server problem can cause the account to be removed or blocked.
