getting a picture out of wallpaper

I figured it out. Went to the Pictures Folder. Finder, Go, Home. There was a copy of it in there. I deleted it and it's gone from wallpaper.

As I mentioned in my very first post, I found the file and deleted it. Since it was still showing up in wallpaper even after emptying the trash and rebooting, I surmised that there must be another copy of it somewhere under a different name. There was - in the pictures folder. I found that and deleted that.

yup. It's still there. I've searched for the file by name in other locations. I can't figure out where the system is getting it from

Yes. Did it again now just in case. I both restarted and shut down and turned back on. Unless you mean something else by "restart."
