Apple TV asks me to change settings, but not WHICH settings!

I just subscribed to ApplevTV via my new ipad. Excited to watch Ted Lasso, I went straight to it. When I tried to watch Ep. 1, a notification tells me to change settings. I click the "settings" link shown, and am faced with what seem to be mostly content settings. All the settings are set to max allowed, so to speak - no restrictions.

I know that when I initially opened the app, it asked if I wanted to let Apple know my location and I declined. So, I found that setting, and allowed it. No luck. I enabled Precise Location, and still no luck.

I'm closing the app in between and still nothing.

WHAT SETTING IS APPLE TV wanting me to change?

Ted Lasso is rated TV-MA (in the US), mostly for language, so could it be an age thing? Are you 18 or older, per Apple ID account settings? Else contact the Apple Support staff for further assistance.

Thanks. Yes, I'm plenty over 18. I'm going to try a few other shows to see if I can watch them.

There is device management software (meryaki?)on this iPad bc it's a work iPad but Apple TV only manages certain apps. I have no problem with others yet. I'll keep an eye out.

You will likely wind up contacting your employer’s IT support. Most companies don’t like their devices used for personal accounts. The employer I worked for 34 years not only didn’t allow it but you could face disciplinary action if you tried to. Just saying.
