It's not a virus. It is macOS informing you of the fact you deliberately downloaded and installed something, perhaps long ago.

To learn how to remove it please read About those "<app> will damage your computer" messages - Apple Community. It also includes an explanation for its appearance.

To avoid future occurrences I encourage you to read Effective defenses against malware and other threats - Apple Community.

Hi Marilyn,

First, start your Mac in "Safe Mode": How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support. Starting in Safe Mode takes longer than usual so let it finish.

While in that mode, drag all the files in those three folders to the Trash except those with the following in their names:

Adobe

Dropbox

Epson

Microsoft

Those are ok. Leave them in place.

Regarding the VPN product installed on that Mac, you may want to read the following: Don't use VPN services. No, seriously, don't. Everything else should be removed.

Then, restart your Mac normally and confirm the alert messages cease to appear.

Note: Like all "cleaning" apps, Trend Micro Cleaner" serves no beneficial purpose on Macs. Its continued presence will only cause trouble. Uninstall it according to its instructions.
