Poor audio quality for call recipients (when I call them using my PowerBeats Pro)

When I call people when walking (imagine slight breeze and road noise) the person I am calling (many different people) report that they can’t hear me very well. I’ve had 3 pair of Powerbeats (replaced for not this reason) and they all have the same issue. I had thought that this was a common earbud issue but since having calls with people who use buds (AirPods for example) or other headphone brands, I realise that my headphones are particularly poor at providing clear audio to the people I am calling. Is there an optimal setting that I should use? Or is this a known issue with PowerBeats Pro?
