Dexcom G6 on AppleWatch Series 6 / OS 10.1.1

Since I downloaded OS 10.1.1 the DexcomG6 complication appearing on the Modular watch face is extremely small making it impossible to read; it is also not possible to put it in the middle, only the top or bottom complications can display the Dexcom app; it is very annoying and makes my diabetes management much worst than before; any idea how to see the live glucose on the watch face (in a normal size font) ? Spent hours trying with no success
