Blocked Sender List on IPAD

I have a huge blocked sender list on my IPAD. Number 1, can I delete this whole list in one go? Number 2, if I do delete the list does that mean they are no longer blocked and I’ll get them coming in again? Please bear in mind I am very senior and not that tech savvy. I am thinking the list takes up memory on my IPAD but maybe it doesn’t. Thank you.

When I click the spam message and then click the sender info above the message, nothing happens. Previously, it would open something that would give me the option of blocking this sender.
