my mac is not accepting my sign in credentials, it keeps resetting

every time i try to login to my mac, i enter my email and password. the computer accepts the credentials then resets without logging me in

Password doesn't work even when I reset it. I have been trying to login to my macbook since last week. But it keeps saying every password is wrong even though, I have just reset my password through the startoptions. Can anyone help me?

Can’t login into MacBook Pro Can’t login into MacBook Pro even though I used the same password, it won’t show the password reset option no matter how many times I submit the password and Command+R doesn’t work.

Hi,

Usually enter your user ID and password, though if use your e-mail address as your ID, you should input your personal ID or change it as for normal login.
