iOS 17.1.1 Issues on iPhone

this new iOS has messed my phone functionality up big time. Whenever I send photos it says they haven’t sent, I keep trying to send only to find later from the recipient they receive it on every attempt! Also, when some recipients reply to texts I will receive their reply on my phone while others recipients I will only receive their replies on my laptop whenever I open it which isn’t every day. Really frustrating. On top of that, I won’t receive Messenger messages on my phone until I open my laptop. No idea. Maybe I’m only getting responses fro. Other users that have iOS 17.1.1?? Idk, pretty whack…..

I hate it as well… seems like my phone is like at 50% but it’s maxed out volume wise… and the notifications sounds actually sound like an android hanging up •_• I absolutely hate it. And also when you play music they changed what it looks like… I HATE IT ;(

Since my update I’ve had important emails disappear,all my saved files disappeared. I can be sitting next to my router at home and will only show 2 service bars and at some point in the day all the service bars will disappear and sos appears , I’ll lose Bluetooth connection in the call while listening to Amazon music or Spotify.

I have the mini 12… my reminder no longer show the whole reminder… only a word or 2 and then you have to open the whole app to see the rest… they used to just show on my home screen in their entirety!

I was able to make the volume work loudly with messing with the headphone audio safety feature they added. but when I went back in the next day it was all messed up again very low volume. This is Apple for god sake they have their own music store and is based on beautiful perfect audio. How the heck could they have not tested this. It’s unbelievable. It’s gonna turn a lot of people to android if they don’t fix

My iPhone 12 mini has been very glitchy since iOS 17.1.1. It keeps saying I have no storage and I deleted EVERYTHING and then it all just reappears the next day (photos, etc.). I’m also getting text messages on my watch but they never show on my phone. I can’t even access my emails because it keeps saying I don’t have enough storage.

I’m having a terrible time with this update. Since I’ve updated to the 17.1.1 version none of my apps are working properly. They’re all force closing themselves and some say they’re not compatible with the software.

We are always saying this. They think they are “innovating” by changing stuff but they are not. The previous operating system was working fine and now my phone is a mess. @Apple : pls stop trying to fix things that are not broken.

I have a lot of issues with my iPhone 14. I also have iOS 17. Is there a way to check my current phone identifiers as well as see the original iPhone 13 info that I created my Apple ID on?. Without using phone. Keep getting message that my phone is a different devise

Unfortunately, you can't roll back after an iOS update. Try doing the following: Settings >> General >> Transfer and Reset iPhone >> Reset >> Reset Network Settings

Volume is haywire. Speak screen also isn’t working since the update. It will read a few sentences and then abruptly skip large sections without missing a beat, making it initially difficult to tell that huge chunks of text are missing.

I'm having issues as well - my phone is almost unusable - it's incredibly slow and - some of my apps take multiple attempts to open and some don't open - this is annoying as some of them are on subscription - never mind the attaching to wifi - I'm hoping that an update will be ready very soon

Since the update my iMessage doesn’t work, FaceTime doesn’t work and I get no non apple notifications .

after two hours on the phone with apple yesterday someone admitted the iMessage issue is known by apple-if so then why haven’t they indicated there are issues on their issues site!

so frustrating-hope they fix this soon.

I really dislike this IOS 17.1 update… It’s like the phone has a mind of its own calling random people at random times pulls up apps at random times changes songs without me even doing so. And also id like to add why would Apple change peoples settings without them knowing. Please fix it. And also when you play music and the way it looks like now when you swipe down on the right side of the screen. Why put the bubble on top and keep the song name and artist tiny. Please fix it.

Same, my phone won’t charge using any cable, cube, outlet. Battery is green, but percentage keeps going down….but charges fine in the car. Only been happening since the update.

I don’t get how an update to software could affect if a phone charges from an outlet or a car?
