In-app purchase uncharged

I am using Wechat pay for app store purcahse. I purchased something in a game on my iPad today. The purchase was successful in game and I can find the record in the app store purchase history but I was not charged in Wechat.

I searched about this problem and find some people are also reporting the charge delay. But for me I have never experienced such delay, and other purchase I made today were finished almost instantly. I worry this could cause some credit issue. I want to ask how long will the delay usually take and who to report to if this is unsolved
