How did it get deleated on my IPAD
When I got back on my iPad it just wasn’t there so it probably got deleted

The Messages app cannot be deleted from the iPad. It can be moved to the App Library, or onto another home screen.
You can use the spotlight search or the App Library search to try to find it.
