Apple Developer Organization Account Membership Payment

Hello, I would like to enroll Apple Developer program on behalf of company that I worked at.

Our HQ is residing in Taiwan and we have a office branch in the US.

When applying to program, company address is filled with the HQ' address and Tax Id is assigned with local taxation number (Taiwan).

We plan to send the billing and payment to our office in the US, therefore we also need to change to US tax number. By this case, can we do this?
