habio app is charging me after the subscription cancellation

They have subscriptions not tracked in the app store. And they're just keep charging me after I cancelled their subscription for $30 each month. Why are they allowed to do so for my wallet? How to return my money? Help me! Their support ignores me.

This has happened to me too. HABIO took 2 lots of £24.36 in one day and another £26.36 another day. They ignored all my messages, but have now finally replied saying the 2 initial payments were for 'downloaded workbooks' and the 26.36 was my first subscription payment. I did not authorise any of these payments and did not want the app after my 3 day trial. I contacted Apple who said that as it was an 'in app purchase' they can't do anything and I should contact my bank, which I have. Seems like this is happening to a lot of people!!

Once you have found the item in your purchase history, here's how to request a refund (From: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support - see the article for more detail.)

1. Sign in to https://reportaproblem.apple.com.

2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."

3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.

4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription using the directions in this article --> If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support .

this exact same thing happened to me. I wrote them this email and have yet to receive a response:


To whom it may concern,


would like to cancel my subscription and request a full refund as soon as possible. The reason for this is because I signed up for a two week trial at $9.99 and woke up to three charges on my account as follows:

  1. 9.99 (two week trial)
  2. 29.99 - I'm not sure why thiI s was deducted from my account
  3. 29.99 - I'm not sure why this was deducted from my account

I was essentially unexpectedly charged nearly $70.00 for a two week free trial to determine if your app will help with my ADHD impulsivity habits. Seems a bit premature and ironic considering I don't even know if your app will help - hence the TRIAL period. 


I am extremely inconvenienced by this and hope you rectify this immediately. I do not even wish to proceed with the trial period at this time.

I just bought 1 wk trial which is supposed to cost me 4,99 but I noticed that they took two more time money from my account each time 30 $ so I ended up to pay 65$ for nothing cause I cancel the subscription immediately after 5 min and started to mail to them and my bank. I’m not sure if I can get help from apple since the purchase is not directing from Apple Store!! In Apple Store is showing that I downloaded the app for free!!!

They took about £80 from me. I tried disputing it with Apple and got nowhere. Emailed Habio several times to no avail too. They said I’d signed up to their worksheets (which I didn’t). An absolute con. Someone is getting very rich on this. You’d think Apple would do something as they must have had lots of complaints. I’m not sure who else to turn to so have given up 🥺
