I wanted to purchase cloud storage from Bangladesh using my local debit/credit card, which is compatible with US dollar transactions. Hence, I cannot do this and can't see any option on how to resolve it, and my devises are running out of storage. Please help.

Upgrading iCloud+ where not Supported:
You Can't: iCloud+ Is not an available option to everyone out there. Even if compatible with current in another nation, this cannot be done form your account. This is because your payment all has to do with your location of your Apple ID. So, with that not being an option to your, you need to clear internal space...
