Mail App in macOS with BIG storage Size

I'm using iCloud Drive also with macOS Mail App .

Tried to shrink storage size by delete most of my folders mails

none of them want to trash.

it seems that the Mail App still large in iCloud.

tried to disconnect and connect to iCloud but it seems that the mail app in macOS Sonoma is independent to do whatever he wants.

Tried to log out from Apple ID / iCloud and log in again.

In Mail info I don't see any large mails storage. Please see pic.

How can I tell why the Mail is about 3.3GB ??
