Problem with Iphone 11

Hi Team,

after Update to new version of I am able to some kind of lines or text on my iphone11 at the top left below the time. Not able to resolve after restart and reset also.

i have iphone 12 and while texting words or symbols will appear i didnt type. I have a iPhone 12 and while texting text will appear I did not text. It does it a lot and very frustrating!
