Storage question and iCloud

I have an iPhone 12 64Gb.

After updating to the latest iOS I got a notification that the storage was full.

When I checked my storage I saw that the 64Gb was full BUT the iCloud storage only used 70Gb out of 200Gb total.

My question is why I can’t use transfer more to my iCloud storage since there is seemingly 130Gb left there?

Regards, Theo

igloos storage is wholly different than device storage. Device storage is fixed. If you run out of space, you need to delete apps and data. You can try optimizing your photo storage (settings > photos) to substantially reduce the size of photos on your device.
