My daughter's account is disabled. She can't login and thus can't get any help. How can I contact the support to solve her problem?

Hi!

After updating iPad to version 16 (probably), any attempts to login fails. If she tries to login to App Store the message "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes" appears. If she tries to login on apple site it says that "This ID is disabled". She can't find any way to get a support from Apple. Any advises?

Hello,

With reference to the support article If a message says 'Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes' - Apple Support , you must contact Apple for help if you see that message or one saying "You cannot login because your account has been locked".

This is not something you can fix yourself. Use this link provided by Apple to be taken directly to the people at Apple helping with this ➞ https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF63005&category_id=SC0245&symptom_id=23362

or for telephone contacts refer to: Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

You can also use the general support link at Official Apple Support provided in an earlier post but I presume the group at Apple which writes the support articles has a very good reason for providing that link in its article. Starting at the general support pages will likely end up at the same place and I'm just trying to save you a couple of minutes by providing the direct link that one team at Apple officially recommends for requesting this.
